Japan and Hong Kong Travels!

I've almost completed all of my blogs on my Summer travels (which is a good thing considering we've been in school almost three weeks now) :) This summer I was also fortunate enough to spend time in Japan and Hong Kong. I visited Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, and Okinawa in Japan. I'm honestly having a hard time putting into words just how amazing Japan and Hong Kong both were. Both countries are full of such rich history. Before visiting Japan, I felt that I had a pretty clear picture in my mind of what to expect, but I was completely wrong. I believed that I was going to "the land of advancement" in all things technologically related; even toilets! While Japan is indeed advanced (even the toilets; the play music, wipe, spray, and warm your behind), Japan is also so much more than I gave it credit for. Japan has gone through so much political turmoil and unrest, and has still prevailed on a united front. Japan left me in awe. I loved the delicious food, roadside vendi...
